1. Shipping Duration: Your order will be dispatched within 4-5 working days of receiving the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days in areas where shipping services are scarce.
2. We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays
3. Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
4. Free shipping facility is an offer if mentioned against specific products or in schemes.
5. Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon receipt/delivery of the shipment
6. If two or more items are ordered, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations.
7. For transit safety purposes products may be shipped separately.
8. It is suggested by Smithers Oasis® India that you should give a full and complete address with the proper pin code of the state to avoid returns and penalty charges.
9. Please do note that courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address or pin code do not match. Such types of charges and penalties will be paid by you and not Smithers Oasis® India to the courier company.
10. You agree that charges of re-shipment of the same order will be payable by you.
11. Rectification/change of address will only be allowed before the dispatch of your order.
12. Once your order is dispatched rectification/change of address will not be granted.
13. Smithers Oasis® India will not be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete addresses.
14. If Courier Company fails to deliver; you do not suffer any loss.
15. You agree that you solely will be responsible and in no way Smithers Oasis® India will be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial or direct or indirect damages to the package after being left at your address by postal/courier agencies.
16. Smithers Oasis® India will not be responsible for refund or credits if any nor shall re-ship the order in such type of circumstances.
17. If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or at Indiamarketing@smithersOasis®.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest
18. Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations

*Note: If we have to cancel any items in your order, and you have paid using a credit card your credit card shall not be charged for the above canceled item(s). If you have paid using a debit card/ net banking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount after deducting the cancellation charges (refer to our cancellation policy) within 7 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your bank's processing time, which may be 7-15 days. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.
